The company reserves the right to cancel this session at any time, refunding the amount of the session to the client, if, due to scheduling reasons, international commitments, health, or other reasons beyond our control, our Creative Director is unable to hold the session within one year.

Gift cards expire one year after purchase or one year after receiving the gift email if not used.

There is a right of withdrawal within the first 14 calendar days, provided that the appointment date has not been set within this period, in which case it will be considered used.

Once the appointment is set, the session will be considered completed, even if the client does not show up for any reason. The confirmed appointment will be considered firm from the moment of confirmation and implies usage.
